These terms apply to the booking of seats for this event via this website.

1. Scope

Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use. By submitting your email address and completing the booking process, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking

Each email address may book one seat. A booking is confirmed once you have completed the magic-link login and the confirmation is displayed. Places are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time before the booking deadline using the cancellation function on the booking page. Cancelled seats may be reallocated to users on the waiting list.

4. Waiting List

If the event is fully booked, you may join the waiting list. You will be notified by email if a seat becomes available. Waiting-list invitations expire after the time stated in the invitation email.

5. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung) . Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (DSGVO) — necessary for the performance of the booking arrangement requested by you.

6. Liability

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, booked participants will be notified by email. No further liability is accepted.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
